Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear most about our training and consulting.
Training builds skills in your team through structured programmes delivered by practising experts. Consulting looks at how your business operates, identifies the gaps, and helps you put an action plan in place to close them. Many clients use both: a diagnosis shows what needs to change, and training builds the capability to change it.
We start with a needs analysis before any programme is designed. We review performance data, speak with managers and observe the work itself, then agree the specific behaviours to change. The programme is built around those findings rather than chosen from a catalogue.
We measure impact on the job, not just satisfaction scores. Our post-training evaluation combines manager observations, participant reflections and the business measures the programme was meant to move, such as error rates, handling times or sales conversion.
Every participant who completes a programme receives a ConsulRain certificate. Where a subject has a recognised international certification, our Expert programmes prepare participants for that pathway.
We agree the priority gaps with your leadership and convert each one into an action with an owner, a deadline and a measure. Progress is reviewed at your management meetings, so the plan stays part of how the business runs.
Yes, and we recommend it where it fits. Findings from a consulting diagnosis feed into the training design, and a follow-up review shows whether the change has reached day-to-day work.
