Overview
Promoting a strong specialist into a management role does not automatically make them a leader. Leadership is a set of skills that can be learned: setting direction, making decisions, developing people and guiding teams through change. Our Leadership programmes build those skills at every stage of a manager’s career, from first-time supervisors to senior executives.
Sessions combine proven leadership frameworks with case studies, role-play, self-assessment and individual feedback. Participants reflect on their own leadership style, practise difficult conversations, and leave with a personal development plan they can put into action straight away.
