Overview
Customers expect consistent quality, and regulators and certification bodies expect evidence of it. Our Quality Control programmes give teams the tools to measure quality, detect problems early, prevent defects from recurring, and demonstrate conformity to customers and auditors.
Programmes range from quality-management fundamentals and internal auditing to statistical methods and laboratory practice. Participants learn to move from inspecting and reacting to preventing, using real data and case studies from manufacturing and service environments.
